Michael Thompson – Founder & CEO
Michael is a purpose-driven entrepreneur with 27 years of experience in recruiting — 15 of those focused on building values-based firms that prioritize purpose, integrity, and impact. As the founder of Tru Recruiting — which includes Turas Group, Amplio, and Ramah — he has helped thousands of professionals find meaningful work around the world. Michael launched VoGo to take that vision even further: to create a global platform where people can live out their calling and go global with their vocation. He is passionate about helping organizations hire with purpose and individuals find work that transforms lives. Michael has also lived and worked across Europe and the Middle East, shaping his global perspective on how vocation and opportunity intersect across cultures.
Josh Benjamin – Director of Strategic Growth + Innovation + Partnerships
Josh is a strategist and builder passionate about aligning talent, values, and mission. He brings deep experience as a consultant supporting global brands in talent management, coaching, organizational development, and purpose-driven recruiting. He has also spent years designing and directing student programs focused on vocational discovery across the globe — helping emerging leaders discern who they are and how they’re called to serve. Josh grew up across Latin America and has spent extensive time working across most major regions of the world, giving him a deep appreciation for the global dimensions of vocation, identity, and purpose. At VoGo, Josh helps ensure that people don’t just find work — they find the work they were made for.
